Regional Sales Manager – United Kingdom (m/f/d)

What to expect in the field sales team:
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Positive attitude in daily cold calling customers
- Analysis and optimization of customer processes
- Presentation of our products with the aim of developing sophisticated customers
- Implementing E-CAD solution and help optimize engineering processes for clients
- Independent contract negotiation and creation of offers
- Active participation in client events such as trade fairs, road shows and in-house exhibitions
- Reporting and daily use of CRM tool
Your qualifications for the position:
- Sales experience and good knowledge of the local industrial market and electrical engineering processes
- Basic knowledge of working with electrical CAD systems (it can be a bonus)
- Strong customer and service orientation and joy of customer contact
- Empathy for different mentalities
- Very good written and spoken in English, other languages would be a plus
- Strong willingness to travel
- Persuasive power and negotiating skills
