Zein: <em>Eine sehr gro\u00dfe. Ich halte nichts davon, im Elfenbeinturm zu entwickeln. Innovation entsteht nur, wenn man fr\u00fch mit Kunden zusammenarbeitet. Viele Anwender k\u00f6nnen sich anfangs gar nicht vorstellen, was KI leisten kann \u2013 es ist ein bisschen wie bei Henry Ford: H\u00e4tte er seine Kunden gefragt, h\u00e4tten sie schnellere Pferde gewollt. Wir bauen daher kleine Prototypen, um zu zeigen, was machbar ist. Ein Kunde schlug etwa vor, bei der automatischen PDFKonvertierung gleich einen Quality Check einzubauen \u2013 um Planungsfehler zu erkennen. Solche Impulse treiben uns enorm voran.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sehen Sie als gr\u00f6\u00dfte Chance \u2013 und Grenze?<\/strong><br \/>\nA. Zein: <em>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Chance liegt in der Geschwindigkeit, mit der sich Dinge ver\u00e4ndern. Aber genau das ist auch die Herausforderung. Vor einem Jahr h\u00e4tte ich ein System, das Anforderungen versteht und selbstst\u00e4ndig Schaltungen erzeugt, f\u00fcr unrealistisch gehalten \u2013 heute halte ich es f\u00fcr machbar. Was in weiteren zw\u00f6lf Monaten kommt, kann niemand vorhersagen. Die Entwicklung ist rasant, und es flie\u00dft enorm viel Kapital in das Thema.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Auch bei WSCAD?<\/strong><br \/>\nA. Zein: <em>Ja, das ist unser klarer Fokus \u2013 und ein wichtiges Differenzierungsmerkmal. Wir haben zudem eine Kultur, in der Fehler erlaubt sind. In der KI-Entwicklung gibt es keinen festen Pfad. Man muss Dinge ausprobieren, verwerfen und neu denken d\u00fcrfen. So mussten wir unsere Modelle achtmal komplett verwerfen, bis sie funktionierten \u2013 jedes Mal haben wir dazugelernt. Diese Lernkultur ist entscheidend, um mit KI erfolgreich zu sein.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Was w\u00fcnschen Sie sich, damit KI ihr Potenzial entfalten kann?<br \/>\n<\/strong>A.
