Inside Sales Account Manager – International Sales (m/f/d) in full time


WSCAD is part of the Buhl Group, which employs approx. 800 people. WSCAD has specialised in the development and distribution of E-CAD software solutions for over 30 years. Medium-sized businesses, international corporations, and planning and engineering firms are among our customers. More than 35,000 users from the mechanical and plant engineering industries as well as from building automation and installation technology lead their projects to success with the integrative WSCAD software. In addition to our main office in Bergkirchen near Munich, we have another office centrally located in Munich and a branch office in Wroclaw, Poland.

What to expect in the inside sales team:

  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of long-term customer relationships
  • Positive attitude in daily cold calling customers
  • Analysis and optimization of customer processes
  • Presentation of our products with the aim of developing sophisticated customers
  • Implementing E-CAD solution and help optimize engineering processes for clients
  • Independent contract negotiation and creation of offers
  • Active participation in client events such as trade fairs, road shows and in-house exhibitions
  • Reporting and daily use of CRM tool

Your qualifications for the position:

  • You enjoy telephoning a lot and you have a high customer and service orientation
  • Several years of professional experience in inside sales preferably in industrial automation or electrical components
  • As a sales talent you have strong argumentation skills and persuasive power
  • You are confident in using telephone systems, MS-Office and ideally CRM systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, French or Italian would be a plus
